How I got there
Took a taxi from Yew Tee MRT, but you can take bus 925M near Kranji MRT station.
My route
Only started the tracking at Fantail Pod and ended when we exited the place from the Wetland Centre.
The experience
The place feels more suited for a slow, leisurely walk. You can easily cover the whole place in a much shorter time, since I stopped multiple times to enjoy the view of nature.
There was this path which we walked by, but it was closed off due to the flood. Not sure if this path is always like this?
There’s quite a number of spots meant for birdwatching and stuff, but all I had was a normal camera.
For wildlife, we saw crocodiles, monkeys, birds. The big prize goes to this giant komodo dragon(?) just chilling on the path.
You can climb this Aerie Tower for a better view of the place. It’s only a few stories tall.
